Reorienting how we understand Western Art across time and culture.

The goal was to create space for exploring the values and interests that have inspired artists across cultures and time, speaking to the West as both destination and home. The result was the first major gallery renovation in 25 years, the development of a more personal public engagement with art and content, an open path of travel, two changing exhibition spaces, and an in-gallery meeting space for lectures and events.
