Redefining a retail environment to meet the changing needs of the city, the developers wanted a project that could set the tone for a new energy on the edge of the downtown entertainment district. Situated at the intersection of education, civic, sports, and residential needs, a playful design language and colorful signage supported new opportunities to engage with public space while attracting future residential and tourism growth on the site.
