I enjoy building conditions for growth through leadership, project direction, and education.

I lead organizations and project teams to facilitate discovery, define scope, and deliver compelling strategies and solutions for public, private, and non-profit needs. With recent work, I’ve used these skills for environmental branding, marketing, and wayfinding projects that have served international social media organizations, start-up technology manufacturers, local community hospitals, leaders in film and entertainment, and ambitious commercial development firms.

Beginning my career with an amazing group of exhibition designers at the J. Paul Getty Museum, I learned the skills needed to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and the value of listening to both visitors and clients to define the needs for successful projects. Taking these tools to the Autry National Center, I co-lead, mentored, and grew a department of furniture designers, architects, graphic designers, fabricators, and installers to improve processes and design solutions. We researched, tested, and implemented a mindset of strong storytelling environments that impacted all processes of the museum, from our engagements with educational teams and students to our interactions and leadership with board members and development teams.

Throughout my career, I have maintained a passion for engaging with community. With AIGA Los Angeles, we developed a forward thinking executive team that helped the organize realize its purpose in Southern California. We implemented new strategies for fundraising, partnerships, and communication that expanding our relationship with all manner of creatives in the region. At Art Center, Woodbury University, and UCLA Extension, I have helped students and emerging professionals develop their understanding of client and business needs, professional standards, and project development in agency and entrepreneurial environments. And within my local community, I coach and lead young athletes to develop the confidence and skills to find and celebrate their strengths, learn from mistakes and confront challenges, and to encourage, support and lift up teammates.
